Description

Diabenil contains a comprehensive blend of botanicals and nutrients to support healthy blood sugar levels and help protect nerves, blood vessels, eyes and kidneys.

1. Gymnema sylvestre, a plant native to India, has been used medicinally for more than 2,000 years. Its effect on supporting blood glucose levels has been widely studied since the 1930s, it can help maintain already normal cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
2. Momordica charantia (bitter melon) is a botanical commonly grown in China, India, and Africa. Its active ingredients include charantin and a substance known as p-insulin (plant insulin), which resembles bovine insulin in its structure and function.
3. Gymnema sylvestre supports already normal blood sugar levels, while Momordica charantia (bitter melon) appears to enhance glucose utilization and depress glucose synthesis in the liver.
4. Vaccinium myrtillus (bilberry) contains flavonoids that appear to support ocular tissue.
